Phase 5 · Studio Research Lab

The 2026 Concept Report.

We don't only ship for clients. We research what's next. This is a curated preview of 20 software concepts engineered against a six-dimension scoring matrix for category creation, viral reach and global scale. Full mechanics, revenue paths and integration playbooks are reserved for partners and investors under NDA.

Methodology

Five stages. 27 candidates. 20 survivors.

Before generating a single idea, we built a 5-stage validation framework. Concepts that didn't survive every stage were eliminated. Only 20 of 27 candidates made the final cut.

1

Market Gap Scanning

Mapped every major problem AI has not yet solved in the 2026 landscape. Cross-referenced with OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google ecosystem blind spots.

2

Viral Mechanics Analysis

Reverse-engineered ChatGPT, Midjourney, Wordle, Uber. Identified five universal viral patterns. Each concept had to contain at least two to survive.

3

Valuation Framework

Day-1 valuation thesis: TAM > $10B, defensible AI moat, revenue within 90 days, integration with three or more major platforms.

4

6-Dimension Scoring

Each idea scored 1–10 on Novelty, Virality, TAM size, Build Accessibility, Global Reach, and Integration Depth. Minimum combined 50/60. Seven candidates eliminated here.

5

Existing-Product Test

Each surviving idea was checked against current products. If something close enough already existed and was well-funded, the idea was rejected. Differentiation must be fundamental.

Universal patterns

The five patterns of viral software.

1 · Replaces a painful behaviour

Every viral category replaces something that already costs the user time, money or stress.

2 · Immediate, shareable result

Within 30 seconds the user produces an output worth screenshotting, telling a friend, or posting.

3 · Works on existing hardware

Zero accessory cost. The phone in the pocket is enough. Unlocks 3+ billion potential users instantly.

4 · Personal model gets smarter over time

Lock-in by accumulation. The longer the user engages, the more irreplaceable the product becomes.

5 · One-tap referral with mutual value

The invitee gets the same wow moment instantly. Viral coefficient above 0.8 is the threshold for escape velocity.

Featured concepts · 6 of 20

Each one a category creator.

These are not features. Each is a new category. Built right, any single one becomes the defining product of the next five years of tech. Previews shown, full mechanics and economics on request.

CONCEPT 01

MeetingGhost

Your AI attends meetings as you, participates, decides, escalates only when essential.

The problem

The average knowledge worker spends 5+ hours per week in meetings they don't need to be in. 80% of meeting content is recoverable through async updates. Yet professional norms force attendance.

Why now

Voice cloning is now indistinguishable from real voice. LLMs can be fine-tuned on personal data in hours. Remote-first work made video meetings universal.

CONCEPT 02

ContractBrain

AI that reads every agreement you encounter, flags, explains, and negotiates back.

The problem

Every human clicks "I Agree" without reading. The average TOS is 8,000 words. Lawyers cost $300–$600/hour. 98% of people have zero legal protection from their own agreements.

Why now

GDPR, CCPA, and Nigeria's NDPA make compliance a legal requirement. AI parses legal language with 97%+ accuracy. Consumer privacy awareness is at all-time highs.

CONCEPT 04

PrivacyPrice

The marketplace where YOU sell your own data, to whoever you choose, at your price.

The problem

Meta generated $117B in 2024 selling data derived from your behaviour. Google made $175B. You received nothing. The largest wealth transfer in history pays the people generating the data zero.

Why now

Privacy legislation in 80+ countries forces data ownership conversations. The geopolitics of US tech-data extraction creates cross-border tailwinds.

CONCEPT 05

ReputationAPI

A universal behavioural trust score, the credit score for human reliability, globally.

The problem

Hiring is broken. Renting is broken. Dating is broken. Credit scores exclude 1.7B unbanked adults globally who are perfectly reliable. The cost of misplaced trust runs to trillions.

Why now

Open-banking APIs, gig-platform data, and on-chain credentials finally make a portable trust signal possible without a centralised bureau.

CONCEPT 11

SkillProof

AI-verified skill credentials from real work, more trusted than most degrees. Free to earn.

The problem

A Nigerian university degree costs ₦1.5–4M and takes four years. London employers barely recognise it. 1.2B people globally have skills employers need but no credential that proves it.

Why now

Verifiable on-chain credentials, AI-graded portfolios, and the global degree-credibility crisis converge. Major employers are publicly accepting non-degree pathways.

CONCEPT 16

MindFork

The Socratic AI, it never gives answers. It asks the questions that make you find them yourself.

The problem

AI has made everyone a solution-getter and nobody a thinker. Therapists cost $150–$400/hour. Coaches charge $500–$2,000. Most people have zero access to structured thinking partnership.

Why now

LLM-based question-only models are finally calibrated enough to play Socrates without giving the game away. The cognitive-cost-of-AI conversation is mainstream.

Universal build framework

From idea to launch in 12 months.

Every concept on this list can be built by a 2–5 person team using modern AI tools. The same six-phase framework applies to all of them.

1

Validate before you build (Months 1–2)

Landing page + ad spend + 20 user interviews + 10 paying pre-orders. Payment intent beats email intent 50×.

2

Build the AI core (Months 2–5)

The intelligence layer is what makes the product defensible. Build it first. UI can wait. The data pipeline cannot.

3

Engineer the viral mechanic (Months 4–7)

Identify the single moment where the user's jaw drops. Make every flow reach it as fast as possible. Build sharing as a first-class feature.

4

Build the integrations (Months 6–9)

Each major platform integration is free distribution. WhatsApp, Slack, Salesforce, Google Workspace marketplaces. Open API from day one.

5

Build the revenue engine (Months 8–10)

Freemium for distribution. Paid for valuation. Annual plans at 30% discount from day one. ARR is what investors value.

6

Launch for maximum viral impact (Months 10–12)

ProductHunt + press embargo + creator partnerships + a single shareable Twitter moment. Launch is a 90-day campaign, not a moment.

Full report reserved for partners & investors.

Each concept's full mechanics, TAM dollar figures, revenue model, valuation path, integration list, and 12-month build playbook are confidential. Available to qualified partners and investors under NDA.
